Intellectual Property Policy

1. Ownership
All content available on the Bhima Jewellery e-commerce platform — including but not limited to the "Bhima Jewellery" name, logo, brand marks, taglines, jewellery designs, product photography, videos, graphics, website layout, text, and software/source code — is the exclusive property of Bhima Jewellery Madurai or its licensors, and is protected under the Trade Marks Act, 1999, the Copyright Act, 1957, the Designs Act, 2000, and other applicable intellectual property laws.
2. Trademarks
"Bhima Jewellery" and associated logos and brand marks are trademarks of Bhima Jewellery Madurai. No part of these marks may be used, reproduced, copied, or imitated, in whole or in part, without prior written permission.
3. Product Designs
Jewellery designs displayed on the platform, including original craftsmanship, motifs, and design elements, are proprietary to Bhima Jewellery. Unauthorized replication, manufacture, or sale of designs substantially similar to Bhima Jewellery's proprietary designs is strictly prohibited and may be pursued as a violation of applicable design/copyright law.
4. Limited License to Users
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes only. This license does not extend to reproducing, downloading (other than for personal reference), distributing, or commercially exploiting any content from the platform.
5. User-Submitted Content
Where customers submit content to the platform (e.g., product reviews, unboxing videos submitted for claims, photographs), they grant Bhima Jewellery a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such content solely for the purposes of claim verification, customer service, and — where separately consented to — testimonials or marketing purposes.

Any party who believes their intellectual property rights have been infringed by content on the platform may report it to:

7. Enforcement
