The Bhima Jewellery e-commerce platform, including all content, product listings, pricing, and availability information, is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, except as required by applicable law.

Bhima Jewellery does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We are not liable for any loss arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or unavailability.

Product images are representational. Actual products may show minor variation in color, finish, or appearance due to photographic/screen limitations, lighting conditions, or the natural variation inherent in handcrafted jewellery. Such minor variation does not constitute a defect or discrepancy.

In the event of a pricing, description, or listing error due to technical malfunction or human error, Bhima Jewellery reserves the right to correct the error and/or cancel the affected order with a full refund, even after payment confirmation, as detailed in the Pricing Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law:

Bhima Jewellery's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to any single order shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for that order.

Bhima Jewellery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or emotional distress, arising from the use of the platform or any product purchased through it.

This limitation does not apply in cases of proven manufacturing defect, willful misconduct, or gross negligence on the part of Bhima Jewellery, or where such limitation is disallowed under applicable consumer protection law.

Bhima Jewellery is not responsible for the acts, omissions, delays, or service failures of third parties integrated into the order fulfilment process, including payment gateways, logistics/delivery partners, and NBFC/EMI financing partners. Such third parties are governed by their own respective terms and liability frameworks.

Bhima Jewellery shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government action, pandemics, or disruption to logistics/courier networks.

The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Bhima Jewellery, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claim, liability, damage, or expense arising from the customer's breach of these policies, misuse of the platform, or violation of applicable law.

This Policy is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Madurai, Tamil Nadu, consistent with the Terms of Service.
