All gold, silver, and diamond/gemstone jewellery prices displayed on the Bhima Jewellery e-commerce platform are based on the prevailing metal/stone rate at the time of viewing, updated periodically through the day in line with market rates. Displayed rates are indicative until payment is confirmed.

The final price applicable to an order is the rate in effect at the moment payment is successfully confirmed. Displayed rates prior to payment confirmation — including at the time of adding to cart, during checkout, or during a failed payment attempt — are not locked or guaranteed. If a payment attempt fails and the customer returns to complete payment, the rate applicable at the time of that subsequent successful payment will apply, which may differ from the rate originally displayed.

Each product's final price comprises:

Metal value (weight × prevailing rate)

Stone/diamond value (where applicable), based on certified weight and quality

Value Addition (disclosed as a percentage of metal value or a per-gram amount, as applicable to the product)

Making charges (disclosed as a percentage of metal value or a per-gram amount, as applicable to the product)

Wastage charges (where applicable, disclosed as a percentage)

Applicable GST as per prevailing government rates

A full breakup of these components is displayed on the product page and order summary prior to payment.

Bhima Jewellery reserves the right to revise prices, making charges, wastage charges, and applicable taxes at any time without prior notice, in line with market conditions and as determined by Bhima Jewellery from time to time. Such revisions will not affect orders for which payment has already been successfully confirmed.

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or human error resulting in an incorrect price being displayed, Bhima Jewellery reserves the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund, even if payment has been confirmed at the incorrect price.

Where discounts or offers are applied, Discounts apply only to value addition/making charges/wastage charges unless explicitly stated otherwise, as metal/stone value is market-determined and not discountable.
